To be eligible for this offer, you must order 4 Suvie Meal boxes within 12 months of receiving your Suvie. If you do not order 4 boxes within this time, you will be charged $75 for each box that was not ordered if you choose to keep your appliance after the 100 day trial period up to a maximum of $300, in which case you will receive a corresponding credit on your account for future orders.

While we aim to provide the most realistic delivery time frame possible, as with any new product, unexpected delays can occur causing our delivery timeline to shift. As a member, we will provide you with regular updates detailing the production and delivery status. You are also always welcome to cancel your pre-order anytime for a full refund before it ships.

Suvie units that are considered ‘factory refurbished’ might contain recycled parts and materials, and are fully functional. Factory refurbished Suvie appliances undergo a series of rigorous tests, are fully UL certified, and have passed all of our internal inspections and required safety tests.

We stand behind our products and all factory refurbished appliances come with the same 1-year limited warranty as our new appliances.

We love Suvie, and we believe you will too. That's why we stand by our product. If you're not satisfied with Suvie for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 100 days of receiving the appliance. In order to return your Suvie, authorization should be requested from our customer service team within 100 days of receiving your appliance. Please contact us at help@suvie.com if you have any questions. You will receive a return shipping label with your return authorization to send the appliance back to us. When you return the appliance, it must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and include all the accessories and packaging it originally came with, the product UPC barcode, and the return authorization number. Our guarantee does not cover Suvie Meals or any food-related products, nor does it cover any damage to the Suvie appliance that is beyond normal wear and tear or that has been caused by improper use. If you have a technical problem with your Suvie after 100 days, it will fall under our 1-year warranty, and our customer service team will do everything we can to correct the issue. Extended warranties may be purchased at checkout.

Our limited warranty included with the purchase of your Suvie covers any manufacturer defect or issue not caused by regular wear and tear, misuse, or improper care or maintenance of the unit and accessories. This warranty does not cover accessories including, but not limited to, pans, water reservoir, drain tray, power cable and other removable parts. This warranty also does not cover cosmetic damage to the oven that does not affect its function, cleaning abrasions or alterations to the external surface of the oven shell or oven door glass. Suvie will either repair or replace a defective unit with a refurbished unit as deemed necessary. When a warranty claim is initiated, a shipping and handling charge may be applied both to and from our facility, at Suvie’s discretion. Review our full terms & conditions here.

Both Suvie and the Starch Cooker connect to your home WiFi network. Through this connection, they will coordinate their cooking processes to finish cooking your ingredients at the exact same time. Be sure to maintain a stable WiFi connection for both appliances to ensure this works properly.

Suvie meals start as low as $11.49 per serving and are typically $12.99 per meal. Some meals may incur a premium up-charge. Our minimum order size is 4 meals per delivery, at a cost of $107.92 + tax. Shipping is $12.99 for meal deliveries, though you can earn free shipping when you order a larger box. Detailed meal pricing will be displayed on your meal planner.
